Born and Raised in the Oxford Hills, I have 2 sons and 5
grandchildren which live in the Oxford Hills Area, since 1973
my lifelong career has been Real Estate, even though I have
owned and or been a partner in Mt Abram Ski Area, The Trolley
House Restaurant, Rays Sheet Metal Plumbing and Heating and
Western Maine Surveying, finding and selling homes for people
is what is most satisfying to me.
My Hobbies when time allows are Skiing, Golfing, Motorcycle
Riding, Building and Driving pre 1948 Street Rods. I am very
involved in the Community which is one of my passions as I
would like to leave a better place for my children and
grandchildren to live and work in. |

I joined Kennison Real Estate in July of 2010, after many
years as a building contractor I decided it was time to change
my focus and work in the sales end of housing in a business my
grandmother, Pauline Kennison, started in 1965. Now that I
have joined the team at Kennison Real Estate, it makes this a
3rd generation company and I plan to continue with the success
that Kennison Real Estate has had for more than 45 years
thanks to our loyal clients and customers..
I was born and raised in the Oxford Hills area, and enjoy the
great way of life that it has to offer. My wife Carolyn
and I have 2 wonderful children and we can think of no other
place we would rather live than here in the Oxford Hills and
help others find the home of their dreams in this great
community.
In my personal endeavors, I have worked with hundreds of
landowners in creating a trail system that comprises of miles
of multi use trails for the Oxford area over private land.
These trails were created to include ATV’s, hiking, mountain
biking, and horseback riding. I spend most of my free
time playing golf and ATV riding in the summer, and skiing and
snowmobiling in the winter. I am proud to be an active member
of this community as well as to work for the family owned
business.
